From Section I of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;
Not a problem says

... Arizona Republicans — including Gov. Jan Brewer — have indicated support for the bill.
It truly is amazing how the Party that loves to wave the Constitution around is always the one that is so anxious to spit on it.
And just speculation on my part, but can writing the 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th, 13th and 15th Amendments "right" be far behind?
