Obama Tax Plan Steps 'Forward' But 'Missed The Boat'
President Obama called for changes to the corporate tax system this week. Tax rates would go down, deductions would go away and companies with overseas operations would find it harder not to pay. Republicans don't like the entire plan, but have not rejected it either. Steve Inskeep talks to Michigan Rep.
