BREAKING: House Passes Measure to Ban All Planned Parenthood Funding
The Pence Amendment that brave Rep. Jackie Speiers spoke against so eloquently yesterday has passed. The House voted 240-185 to kill government funds supporting Planned Parenthood, which provides health care services to a huge majority of women and children, many of them poor, including cancer screening, family planning, general ob-gyn services and STD testing.
The Amendment will now hit the Senate. Write your Senators an urgent message to vote against the Pence Amendment here.
