Moyers On Big Bank Corruption and the Toll of Poverty

On last night's episode of Moyers and Company, Bill Moyers sat down with Matt Taibbi of Rilling Stone, perennial gadfly of the finance industry, and economics blogger Yves Smith of Naked Capitalism, to talk about the endemic corruption resulting from "big bank hubris" and the toll it's taking on American life and democracy.

And regarding the folks on the other end of the spectrum from the 1% bakers, Moyers  also spoke with David Edelman about the difficulty of getting Americans mobilized to fight on behalf of the very poorest in their midst.
