Tom Morello to Bill Moyers: "Desperate Times Deserve Desperate Songs"

In a preview clip of his interview with Bill Moyers which will air during this weekend's Moyers and Company, legendary guitarist, protest music writer and activist Tom Morello says that Occupy has brought class to the fore, and demonstrated that we "are not just one homogenous nation that high-fives each other at the Superbowl."  Morello says America is complex: a nation of lynchers, but also of lunch counter de-segregators.

He talks about why and how his music is written to address today's social conditions.
