Colbert Takes on "Pink Slime" Company's New Financial Troubles, GOP Governors' Support

Last month, we noted the growing consternation around "pink slime"--aka Lean Finely Textured Beef-- appearing in schoolchildren's lunches.

The brouhaha over "Soylent pink" only got bigger--and now three of the four plants that make the stuff have closed down.

Stephen Colbert's take on this "beef with beef" takes on the GOP's embrace of this former dog food, with references to LGBT rights, Nickelodeon, and other cultural connections that only Colbert can make.
