Woman Alleges 13-Year Affair With Herman Cain
Herman Cain promised us that more women might come forward to allege sexual impropriety on his part, and today the promise was fulfilled. Enter Ginger White, an Atlanta businesswoman, who claims to have had a 13-year adulterous affair with Cain, the Bible-thumping, Jesus-loving Baptist minister and former businessman.
Cain was on the set of CNN's "The Situation Room" when producers began seeing tweets from a local Fox television station in Atlanta, teasing the story. So, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, host Wolf Blitzer asked Cain for comment. Cain replied:
”Think about it, Wolf. You go through life and you believe that you have some people that are friends. And when someone that appears to be a friend, turns around and concocts this story, you’ve got to question – the hundreds of thousands of people that I have met in my life, a hundred thousand people might possibly come out. Do I know of any? Not off the top of my head.”
Well, at least he didn't call the CNN dude "Blitz."
While Cain acknowledged having a relationship with the woman, according to Fox 5 reporter Dale Russell, the presidential contender denied that it was anything more than a friendship.
