Putting a Face on the Recession and Eviction: The Gudiel Family's Moving Story

 After a death in the family and cut backs at work, the Gudiel family fell behind on their mortgage. Just two weeks late, the delay was enough for them to lose their home. But they are not going anywhere.

When the Gudiels received a notice they would be evicted on Thursday, September 28, they took matters into their own hands and have vowed not to leave until their loan is reinstated. Now activists, the Gudiel family are using their hardship "to spread the word" and stop Americans from giving-up.
