Obama on Oprah Explains Thinking Behind Birth Certificate Release

In a sit-down chat with Oprah Winfrey, President Obama explained the thinking behind why he got dispensation to release his long-form birth certificate, usually not allowed to be released by the State of Hawaii, yesterday.

Drawing laughs, he said he knew he was born in Hawaii because "I was there. I remembered."
