Facebook, MySpace Pages Helps Feds Find Pepsi-Can (Would-Be) Bomber
Federal agents trying to find evidence to catch the anti-government "Pepsi Can" bomber, who left a potentially deadly-explosive packed-soda can outside an Arkansas polling place earlier this fall, on the day of the Democratic primary runoff.
It wasn't until a trail of evidence led to the suspect's Facebook and Myspce page that they were able to make their move, arresting Mark Krause on Friday in Washington State.
An anonymous source close to the disgruntled, "patriot," gun-toting Krause, spoke to authorities and let investigators read his Facebook and MySpace pages, which contained videos of his experimenting with homemade weapons and detailing his distrust of the government.
TPM has three videos from Krause's online profile showing him having fun with various homemade weapons.
