WATCH: Olbermann Slams Stewart's FOX-MSNBC Equivalency, Suspends "Worst Persons" Segment Anyway

Last night Keith Olbermann had some choice words for Jon Stewart, who seemed to imply during the Rally for Sanity that MSNBC was just as much of a partisan shill network as FOX.

But Olbermann didn't name Stewart "Worst Person in the World." Because even though MSNBC takes its journalistic mission far more seriously than FOX, the "Worst Persons" segment was "institutionalizing" anger rather than allowing it to spring organically from the events of the day, Olbermann said:

Its just that today, given the serious stuff we have to start covering tomorrow, we think its the right thing to do short term and then we will see what happens. And we’ll also see if anyone else, on tv, or radio, will do something similar.

Next, talking with Jonathan Alter, Olbermann went into more detail about the "false equivalency" between MSNBC and FOX, and why it's unfair to put both networks on the same plane. Watch below.
