On last night's Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert conducted a post mortem on conservative super PACs in this year's election. As we found out in recent days, GOP-backed super PACs, including/especially those tied to Karl Rove, did not do too well in this election. One might even go so far as to say that they bombed, wasting billions of dollars in rich conservatves' money. And those rich conservatives are none too thrilled about it.

Of course, Colbert cares about this issue because he has a super PAC of his very own (tagline: Americans for a better tomorrow, tomorrow). And now he purports to be concerned for his own safety, just as Rove maybe should be, based on the level of anger flowing from those well-tied donors.

Watch the whole segment below, complete with a very special guest.
