You may have heard of Sensata Technologies, the successful high-tech manufacturer, owned by Mitt Romney's Bain Capital, that's closing down it's Freeport, Illinois, plant and sending the jobs to China on the eve of the election. First up on this week's AlterNet Radio Hour is Charles Kernigan, director of the Institute of Global Labour & Human Rights, who tells us all about how workers in Sensata's existing Chinese plants are doing. It's not pretty.

Then we speak with Jill Filipovic, editor of Feministe, about the 2nd Circuit ruling the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional -- and what it means for the fight for marriage equality. The Obama administration has been doing a lot of work beneath the radar for LGBT rights.

Finally, we're joined by NY Daily News columnist Michael Cohen to talk about the debates, and the right's bizarre claims about the attack on our consulate in Benghazi.

If you're in Washington, DC, you can tune into the show at 4 pm EST at 1480 AM. If you're anywhere else, you can stream it live at   We Act Radio , and if you miss it, check back later for a podcast.
