Texas man builds a fan site for a new mall and finds himself at the wrong end of a trademark lawsuit. He fights back via the web: "they've taken what started as a straightforward trademark dispute and have managed to escalate it into a free-speech issue... Since I possess very limited resources with which to defend myself from this legal onslaught, I decided that my best option was to make use of that great equalizer, the World Wide Web."
