SNL Thursday Special Spoofs Fox & Friends Ridiculous Attempts to Spin Romney Tapes

Last night's SNL Thursday election special did not treat the Mitt Romney fundraiser video scandal with kid gloves--nor should it have. And like Jon Stewart did, the SNL writers took special glee in targeting Fox's absurd attempts to spin the damning video. This fake "Fox and Friends" segment showed the lengths the hosts will go to to defend their man, also showcasing several more faux "secret Romney tapes" such as the candidate tasting McDonald's for the first time and riding in Cash Cab.

Cash cab question to Jason Sudeikis's Romney (for $25, which he called a "quarter"): "The Hotel California: you can check out anytime you like, but you can never..."

Answer from Romney:"..trust the staff with your valuables."
