So , Obama takes Bayh and he gets Mark Penn as Penn has a pretty close relationship with Bayh.
Bayh's (second) wife, ""Nancy Jacobson was the key fund raiser for the Senator during his Senate campaigns. Penn has always been Bayh’s consultant and chief advisor. Penn played the key role in 1996 in getting Bayh a slot as the convention keynote speaker. Bayh has always marched to Mark Penn’s tune.""
So, is Obama losing it?

Whomever he chooses it will be for all the rigth reasons, I'm truly not even a little worried. I think the strategy of uniting the party at the convention by putting Hillary's name into nomination is fecking BRILLIANT! After which she officially and in front of a national audience releases her delegates to Obama!
Man O Man! We are in for the best theater, the best drama, the BEST convention in the history of the dem party.
BARACK THE VOTE!

He is one of the war mongering Democrats in the party and if Obama selects him I will definitely not be voting for Obama in November.

seems too much like bill clinton rhetoric in the 92 campaign. we ended up in the same place...
"meet the new boss, same as the old boss"
will we get fooled again? can we afford that mistake?

More Big Corp money, More nepharious affiliations...all thanks to the Clintons.
Was he given a Ultimatium- accept them or suffer the Wrath of the Clinton machine
Seems like a Win/Win for Hillary- kneecap Obama's 'Change ' message by injecting your own Corp Whore brigade, or use them to undermine him with those voters who are more worried about the color of his skin.
Hillary's goal is 2012- Mac has already reassured her he'll only serve One term.
(Hillary & Mac are Ol' buddies- Armed Service Com(con)and are both Corporationist-Cheneycorp.)
Her refusal to concede, release her delegates and Now the BS roll Call...Hillary is still working for Hillary- and doesn't give a shit about US!
So getting HER man Bayh is just another tool to getting her back in the WH
End this Corproationist reign (which has been going on for decades)- End Cheneycorp who Mac Represents, and End ClintonCorp- they are one in the same. Screw them both.. with a REAL Dem for Pres & a REAL Republican as VP.End the Divide & Conquer Stratedgy!!!
OBAMA/HAGEL '08

He ticks the boxes that are McCain's (so- called) 'strengths' He has military service experience, (completely commendable), has governmental experience, would attract the military vote and not to put too fine a point on it, he is 'White'. The residual racism within US life has to be confronted. And it is probably not too 'residual'.

"His top contenders are said to include Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. Less traditional choices mentioned include former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge, an abortion-rights supporter, and Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman, the Democratic vice presidential prick in 2000 who now is an independent."
