Ben Carson Won't Reveal His Top-Secret Position in Trump Administration

As with everything involving Carson, it's all a bit mysterious.

Ben Carson, who endorsed Donald Trump last week, insists he has been promised a postion in a Trump administration — unlike former presidential candidate Chris Christie who remains an unofficial watchdog. However, it's not clear what Carson will be doing since he won't reveal any details about the job.

"I do believe that Trump does love America and he does want to be successful. And he will surround himself with very good people," Carson told host Steve Malzberg on Newsmax TV.

"And will one of them be Dr. Ben Carson?" Malzberg asked the retired surgeon.

"I will be doing things as well," Carson stated cryptically.

"In the administration?" Malzberg asked.

"Uh, certainly in an advisory capacity," Carson answered.

Malzberg was doubtful. "That’s been determined? When you sat down with him that was discussed?"

"Yes," Carson told him. "And you want to tell us [if] it’d be advisory towards medicine... towards education…." Malzberg mused.

"Well, we haven’t hammered out all the details," Carson admitted. "But it is very important that we work together... again, I’m not going to reveal any details about it right now because all of this is still very liquid.”

Social media trolled these statements hard.
