That's why I respect the Republicans more than the Democrats --because they tell us what they are really going to do. The Democrats, who are also 100% committed to the war and, more fundamentally, also 100% committed to the war economy --well, they lie and waffle about it, occupying the space that an opposition party should take but instead just functioning as the occasional change of hat. They actually block any genuine alternative from coming into possibility. Democrats should admit their total uselessness and merge with the Republican Party. Vote Schmote.

Ron Paul is a Republican and Dennis Kucinish is a Democrat who go beyond any Democratic candidate in repudiating war as a tool to implement foreign policy. Why? Because imperial war is the only way to steal oil and other natural resources from weak countries. THAT IS WHAT THIS WAR III IS ABOUT. The Democratic front runners, including Edwards, have been careful not to repudiate war itself.

This article is misleading in its smug confidence in the Democratic contenders are distinct from the Republicans on the Iraq/terrorist front.

But HIillary Clinton stands alone in her extremism and endorsement of invasion as a means to corporatist ends.

For people hungry for peace, there is no more urgent issue than this concerning the Primaries, because Israel provides the emotional excuse for war:

All the candidates need to be asked if they have accepted donations from foreign agencies and lobbies like AIPAC. Israelis are deeply divided over war and peace issues; we simply don't get their news past the US corporate media censors. Hillary Clinton represents a travesty of an added 4 to 8 years of the same world hegemony as Bush Jr. Let us not forget her perfect Bush agenda voting record up until the day her campaign began! There should be no options left on the table to defeat Hillary Clinton in the Primaries. John Edwards may provide the best hope for an open nominationg convention this Fall. He deserves our support for this reason alone. Certainly, Latinos need to be challenged on their unquestioning endorsement of Hillary Clinton. She is simply not the same person she was 8 or 16 years ago. Obama and Edwards are a men of the people of a quantum difference above the sold out Clinton's ticket may be facing her old friend and compatriot Lieberman as a vice-presidential rival in the general elections. God forbid!

Ron Paul should support an Article V Convention to create a new political and economic system.

As long as Ron Paul is a Republican he appears as a "sham" or a trick to get people to believe in Republicans. The notion that the Republican party can be "reformed" by Ron Paul is ridiculous.

Republicans have made their decision. The great majority of Republicans supported the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq and still do so.

The Republican party needs to go away ... forever.
