You have to wonder at not only the character of this administration, but Mr.Prince (owner of Blackwater) and all those mercenaries-what the hell are they doing, why were they hired in the first place at a much higher pay rate than our troops and why has the press just recently begun telling the public about them and why the American people are not raising hell about it???I am convinced that if we don't wake up with this very soon, get the e-machines out of our elections, we are never going to get our country back from those that control the strings of the neocons.

The book Blackwater came out some time ago, and I advise everyone to read it. There is a wealth of information out there but you won't find it in the press. I guess I'm paranoid, but the only reason I can see to hire mercenary thugs who have no oversight by either the military or judiciary is to subjugate our own citizens eventually. It would be a perfect set-up.

It has been said members of the mercenary armies can’t be charged under American or Iraqi law. Yeah but…how about International Law? Haul their focking asses before the Hague, for chrissakes. We’re becoming a bunch of degenerated namby-pambys. Citizens have to become animated again. Like the French. Like Americans during the Civil-Rights-Vietnam War Era. Americans in particular have devolved into a bunch of frightened whining little sad-assed homunculi begging for justice. You don’t beg for justice. You seize it!

This applies whether the issue is mercenary criminals, unverifiable voting, economic democracy, etc.

America, Inc. has become like the places my ancestors left. Those places have gotten better while the US has turned into malevolent empire self-righteously advertising how it stands for freedom and liberty, which is all so much steaming piles of horsechuck.

... Blackwater has been working hard to get contracts to work in lots of states right here in the US. Gee... I wonder what they could possibly be employed to do. Oh, yeah... private security... for the government... so they can circumvent rules that hold back actual law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

Blackwater is using American troops in this instance and other atrocities in Iraq they perform with glee as dress rehearsal for when Bush declares his "emergency" and invokes his dictatorship under NSPD-51 and HSPD-20..

If KBR can Gang Rape the wives of American servicemen why can't Blackwater spread some gas around..

Whereas Mr. Prince of Darkness is the CEO of this private army of executioners; it is the mind of Dick(less) Cheney that created the concept of outsourcing of government jobs. Under his leadership as Secretary of Defense he devised away to take away jobs from patriotic civil servants and give the money to the private sector (i.e., friends of Dick). He just could not resist all those billions of defense dollars not getting into his greedy pockets. As soon as he was booted from Secretary of Defense he created Halliburton (the biggest defense outsourcing contractor in the world). It was not a coincidence that his company got all those contracts; not to mention the no-bid contracts which violate federal law. He states he has no connection to the company but is receiving a plush retirement check and has stock in as part of his retirement (in a blind trust my ass). I only hope democrats will control both houses and the white house and finally bring these thieves to justice and recoup the billions in stolen tax revenues. This is a disgrace that makes Watergate look like a parking violation. No doubt his push for war was motivated by greed rather than protecting this nation. These two bozos will be leaving with plush retirements; but it is their respective blind trust that will reveal their golden parachutes. Stealing from the tax payers is lower than sewer scum; using the US military to steal this money at a cost of lives and blood is far to low to describe!

Why exactly does this mercenary militia exist and what is it doing fighting side by side, or in this case against, our military?

These people must be stopped. But after all, they're just another brick in the wall that we have somehow let "the powers that be" build while we allowed ourselves to be amused to death.

What's it going to take to bring down the wall?
