Neal Katyal, a law professor at Georgetown University and lead counsel for Salim Hamdan in Hamdan vs. Rumsfeld, was on the Colbert show to talk about the most recent Supreme Court decision concerning Gitmo prisoners.
Colbert wants to know: "Where does the constitution get off telling the government what it can and can not do?"
