In a recent TV interview Cusack talked about his political satire, War. Inc., which he described as having an "activist element to it."

Cusack also talked about his recent MoveOn.org ad, and, when confronted with a clip of O'Reilly talking smack, took the high road by saying that there's no need to respond to O'Reilly's slam because "(Keith) Olbermann beats (O'Reilly's) head in everyday." Read Alternet's recent interview with John Cusack for more about War Inc., which is in select theaters now.

If I get to vote I say we send the sucker to Mars where he will be no problem for anyone but him own self. But I am beginning to like your style more and more as the years pass, even if I dispise the Lampoon mode you got rythm and grace.

I just keep developing more and more respect for John Cusack. He's a fantastic actor, but it turns out he's an active and patriotic American as well.

Good on you John. I'm proud of the way you use your access to the media to speak out on important issues, defend the ideals of America and most importantly I'm proud of the way you handle yourself while you do it.

Along with Barack himself, I think John Cusack is another excellent role model for how the left should conduct itself.

Cusack is right on all the way. The privatization of the war effort in Iraq has long put me in mind of the Catch 22 character that took to bombing his own airfield because the price was right. The citizens have to decide who is driving this "splendid little war" and where this is going to stop. We are responsible for what is done in our name and like the Holocaust, Irish Famine, slaughter of Armenians, Cambodians and countless others this legacy will live forever.

Its so refreshing to hear political truth from such a sexy man. He's a great political activist and I respect his honesty and courage to face the wrath of the NeoCons.
