Well, Billo has refused to appear on ANY news program. The CBC even once invited him to a 'neutral' location of his choosing, he refused. Bill O'Reilly has refused every invitation to debate from every journalist who gave him one. Let's face it, if Billo doesn't get a chance to scream his trademarked SHUT UP! at someone, he isn't interested. Billo's show is well known for 'setting up' their poor quests.
