On the "Colbert Report," Stephen Colbert had fun with Bill O'Reilly's "Inside Edition" meltdown, showing "never-before-seen" mock footage of his own past as midday anchor at WPTS in Patterson Springs, NC. Watch as Colbert freaks out over the words written on the teleprompter in true O'Reilly fashion (and throws in a Brian Williams shout-out as well):

Hilarious! Life without Colbert would be unbearable.

My favorite part was when he ripped off his jacket to reveal that... that... sleeveless and bodyless fake turtleneck thing underneath!

What? Oh... I was just told they call those things "Dickies."

Very appropriate name!

I absolutely love Stephen. He's one of the only reasons some of us are still able to hang onto our sanity by our fingernails. If I couldn't laugh about the absurdity of this country (and its inhabitants) I would be posting from a rubber room somewhere. (But, then, you don't really know... perhaps I am!)
