Don't you just hate when some upstart comes along and threatens your best-laid plans?

If you have seen the movie Election starring Reese Witherspoon (and if you haven't definitely check it out, it's a terrific film) you may have noticed that there are some striking similarities in terms of the plight and the persona of Witherspoon's incredibly determined perfectionist Tracy Flick and Sen. Hillary Clinton. Check out the mashup mad by Slate to your right for more.

I do feel like Hillary would have every right to be very pissed off at Barack.

She has clearly, if you've paid attention these last couple of decades, worked hard and consistently towards the presidency. It's perfectly possible that Barack just decided to give it a whirl. And, unlike Barack, we can be certain she would bust her ass at it.

Not like "it's her turn" is any kind of a Democrat's rationale.
