Yep. You read that right. This video is an excerpt from Mackris vs. O'Reilly

The piece is a setting of the sexual harassment complaint lodged against Fox News pundit, Bill O’Reilly, by staff producer, Andrea Mackris, in October 2004 and recorded at its world premiere in January 2007. It includes all memorable moments from the original complaint and more – paranoid rants, clumsy sexual innuendo, and the famous falafel fantasy. Composer Igor Keller has produced this concert-length work in the form of a baroque oratorio, in the style of an updated Handel’s Messiah, for 28-piece chamber orchestra, 26-voice chorus and three soloists. It’s an oratorio for the 21st century!

To me, it's more reminiscent of certain parts of Götterdämmerung. Peter Schickele (P.D.Q. Bach) would have made it more Handel-like.

Love it...just the right thing to get the party started! Or simply laugh at Bill O again.

It would have been even better on DVD to keep everyone's attention riveted to the screen while learning more about Billo's peccadilloes!

That is one of the most outrageously funny and ingenious things I've ever seen. I'm buying it. Holy shit, that is hysterical!!!

How fitting that this was produced. If there's one thing an ideologue can't stand its ridicule. O'Reilly, the bullying hypocrite richly deserves this treatment.
Hope it gets wide circulation!

There's a fucking illegal war on, folks.

Real people are getting really, really killed. Every day. For real. Oh, and the water's just about lapping on our doorstep, too.

If we'd spend a fraction of our time doing something meaningful about THAT instead of contributing to the man by day and, in our spare time, listening to a DVD like this one to prove to ourselves how morally superior we are- maybe we'd pull ourselves from the brink. Maybe.

I'm only asking one thing of y'all- WAKE THE FUCK UP, before it's too late. If it isn't already.
