On Monday's episode of Countdown with Keith Olbermann, Keith was joined by Brave New Films' Robert Greenwald to discuss the phenomenal success of their "Fox Attacks: Decency" video. Fox News repeatedly uses gratuitous footage of T & A even in stories which are totally unrelated. Get a look at the report about a serial killer in Daytona which Fox inexplicably juxtaposes with what appears to be some kind of wet t-shirt contest. And naturally Bill O'Reilly is one of the, if not the worst offenders. Check out the video to your right for more.

that FOX and Friends know how to play on its audience's baser natures, fears and phobias. Now back to Iraq, abolishing NAFTA, Universal (single payer) Healthcare, peace talks with Iran, Impeaching Cheney, Bush and holding Haliburton, KBR, Blackwater, et all accountable, Green Jobs, Cleaner Air, better and free public education, ad infinitum.

I am spared the Faux news pundits, except for their presence on one of the real news networks, because I don't have cable or satellite service. Unfortunately we're not spared Limbaugh on the radio. I simply switch from AM to FM and I'm rid of it.

As it's been said, "the puritain is a person who lies in bed at night with lusty prurient scenes dancing in their heads, and vowing to remain unrested until whoever is having all that fun is found and dispensed with"! The unstated construct is that," it's okay for me to see this stuff as long as I'm upset by it, and I'm against it!" I'm reminded that "the revolution will not be televised", but if we all lose our clothing during the challenges of the revolt...it will be on Fox News...with spin! The hippies & yippies & flippies & nasties will be voice droned over, while we watch the wondrous jingling....YAY!

watching TV, something I hadn't done in 10 years or more. Suffice it to say, I didn's recognize the advertizers or the style of advertizing, the programs were ad infested to the point where depression set in with a vengence. Seven minutes of "hard news" for a city of 350,000 before another onslaught of ads! Seven minutes, that's all.

FOX may be the worst, most egregious player in this and O'Reilly is pond scum--no pride, no dignity, no brains, no sense--he's a sneering snot nose with the emotional maturity of an 8 year old who cannot make peer friends.

The whole TV industry is so much time wasting. Tote up all the hours of programming on all the TV stations x 24/7/365 and you got bupkis that's truly worth watching. It's easy with a remote to turn the damn thing off and maybe have a conversation, with the cat if no one is around, with yourself, outloud. Jeez, I'd rather go to some horrible community meeting about vacant/boarded houses.

While Fox News may indeed be the worst offender, one US news network calling another gratuitous, hypocritical or sensational is definitely a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

I ask you - Would this still be going on if it showed men and boys of any hue doing and being degraded???
I think not!
Women and girls were the first and are the last expression of the opression of another group. Remember, fear of female power turned into female hating was where the cancer of negative discrimination started centuries ago. All other "isms" arose from sex as the original ism with woman as the orignial sinner.
Let's get a little conscious here, Oldenham.

It's really stupefying to watch Oberman rail against the hypocrisy of Fox's smut peddling while doing the exact same thing - even during the interview with Greenwald, he continues to peddle the flesh. In both cases, the only real problem with the flesh they are peddling is the context in which they peddle it. Why does Alternet continue to champion this guy, and by extension, the corporate network he represents?

FOX NEWS-IT SEEMS THEY HAVE DEAF EARS ON KERRIK/GUILIANI

FOX NEWS is the most bias and only reports what they want-Old news, they are disrespectful and turn things around to suite their purpose they certainly have not reported on the Herrick/Giuliani Story- I wonder why? I have endlessly emailed Hannity to report on this story...it has fallen on deaf ears...
They support Ann Coulter's trashy book and Dick (true to his name) Morris' book who really no one really listens to what he has to say. He is a pathetic disgruntle employee who shows his true colors as he speaks untruthful comments about his old boss! I bet you when he was employed by the Clintons he really kissed more than their cheek! He looks like a K--- A—and certainly acts like an idiot!
Fox candidate reporters and their bais Republican Guests make a big issues on the most minute issues because they are afraid of loosing to a Democrat.. The have attacked Hillary because they know that if she is the Democratic Candidate the Republicans are out!!!!They condone some errors Borak Hussein Obama because they know the experience and leadership is not theres and they will make a Big issue of this when the Republicans get through with him and Edwards. Let’s face it Obama and Edwards have become a joke with their lack of leadership and the inability to stand on their own without attacking Mrs. Clinton. We should bombard foxnews.com with emails to report the real issues. OReily-God forbids someone says something that he does not agree with, he interrupts and forget the person finishing his sentence and Hannity is ridiculous making a tatle tale child sound more mature than he.-Hannity and OReilly attack Hillary because they are shaking in their boots- afraid she will be the one-and she will-Alan Colmes is terrific!!! He does asks good questions they should have a Alan Colmes America!
