In the opening sketch of the Brian Williams-hosted episode, Obama pops up playing himself and spars with Hillary Clinton as played by Amy Poehler.

Amy Poehler has really nailed Hillary Clinton's over confidence with her impression. She also does a hilarious take on Clinton's guffaw. She starred in the sketch which opened this week's Saturday Night Live. It takes place at a Democratic Halloween Party hosted by The Clinton. In the sketch, the SNL cast portrayed all the '08 candidates in impressions that were both hilarious (I liked the Dodd-Biden joke about them canceling each other out) and mean (the Gravel as crazy bit was a little overdone). I watched wondering if the cast's lone African American, Keenan Thompson, would play Obama. As I was pondering how he would be portrayed, out came a man in a Barack Obama mask and it turned out to be Obama himself. Check out the video to your right for more.

that the young american population favors Barack Obama. For some odd strange reason he remids me of JFK and Jimmy Carter...

Hilary does truly make a lovely witch haha!

It seems that Alter Net is promoting FICTION from Hollywood more than educating the public! Saturday Night Live? Why not talk about the fact that 10 of the top contenders for President are involved with the CFR including Obama and the fact his wife is a member is something to consider! I really don't get it with the so-called left or right! I only see one party with two different factions! Most of the video posts here in recent weeks has been from the "Entertainment Industry", Bush is being guided from the same forces that will guide the next President. He is only a face behind a more sinister movement that has "FULL SUPPORT" of the "Corporations". Oh yeah please google the CFR(Council on Foreign Relations) and learn about them, because they have more influence in our destiny as a nation than being presented by the mainstream. "Saturday Night Live" is entertainment nothing more nothing less! Wake up People! Get serious about our future before its too late!

If only the perspective of the last 7 + years did not haunt me, I would think this skit is funny - but it's the continued marketing of a brand - the brand of "President" and who best fits that brand. This country has suffered from poor and non-existent leadership - and the attitude that we can do better - since FDR died.

Republican and Democrats look tired. They have been hoodwinking us for a long time. Clinton and Bush legacy anyone? Some of the same people have been senators for over 30 years. None of them represent the common man.

I think we should work on cloning or something to bring back Thomas Paine or someone needs to step up and shake things up. Ross Perot even sounds good at this point.
