Following up on Monday night's Nexus of Terror & Politics report, Keith Olbermann talks with Rep. Jane Harman (D-CA) to get more details on the revelation that the Bush Administration used bogus intelligence in order to frighten lawmakers into voting for last August's expanded FISA bill. Harman says that after much digging she found the classified intelligence document in question and the document clearly stated that the intelligence community did not deem the source to be reliable.

Olbermann: "Nobody doubts the existence of terrorism or terrorists or the need to act on their existence, but at this point, is our freedom beginning to be or even now already at greater risk from terrorism, or from people who are exploiting the fact of terrorism to gain unprecedented and perhaps irreversible rights to spy and detain and rendition and everything else?"

Harman: "Well, I think this is a-a quite a scary period in our history and there are right answers. We can get surveillance right. I think most of us, maybe all of us in the House and in the Senate support surveilling people who are trying to harm us, but we can do that within the careful framework of FISA. FISA is not broken. What's broken is the view of executive power that some hold in the administration. They claim it trumps all laws and our constitution."

Did anybody else notice what Ms. Harman said at the end?

How, "We're going to have a new president in office and SHE might not....."

Why did she say she? A mere mistake or slip of the tongue giving us a little more info than she should have? Could it be that Hillary is already sponsored and has been given the election no matter who we vote for? I say this is a scary thing and we should keep a Close eye on our primaries. If we wait to investigate fraud until the presidential elections, it's already too late. Freedom of choice starts at primaries. Follow the polls.

Its not a slip. I have been saying for years that there is only one party masquerading around as two with a few independents. Not only is my observation clear- but now it is becoming more obvious thanks to the internet.

Yet it continues and if I speak out too harshly I get criticized for being a "conspiracy" theorist. Well the entire Nixon administration was a conspiracy theory that turned out to be true!

So what is wrong with being a conspiracy theorist?

People know what is going on- its just we get a constant barrage of unimportant bullshit- we begin seeking answers for the little distraction headlines- we follow it like a mouse in a maze searching for cheese.

We need to expose the maze makers and string them up in a public square.

We need to make some demands

Starting with a Constitutional Convention to get rid of the Electoral College, institute a Voter Rights Act, an Equal Pay Amendment, and a Balanced Budget Amendment. Next, we really need to loudly demand Universal Health Care, with absolutely NO COMMERCIAL INVOLVEMENT. We also need to demand an immediate exit from Iraq, and the resignation of the bush regime. It seems impossible to attain, but the effort must be made nonetheless, as it would be political suicide to keep on supporting this psycotic and evil regime.

So now they find out that they were scammed outright and stampeded into signing the law Bush wanted. It's PROVEN that he lied outright. AGAIN. So why in Hell are they not lining up to co-sponsor impeachment?? Really, what does it take??

It's true that since 9/11 we have not been attacked. But there have been countless false alarms. They seem designed to show how vigilant everyone is. Except that they're also timely and seem to coincide with other important events. I'd like to see a list of false alarms such as the Sears Tower in Chicago and the Prudential Building in Newark,NJ. No one feels compelled to investigate how they come about. Anonymous phone calls? What's the deal? Thanks, ANNA
