Rep. Barney Frank On Larry Craig, Gay Republicans: "Contemptible" [VIDEO]
The video to your right is from an episode of Real Time with Bill Maher that aired I believe in October of 2006. In it, Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) hilariously skewers not only Larry Craig but hypocritical, homophobic Republicans in general. Frank argues that it's not wrong to agree with the fiscal or foreign policy positions of the Republican party, but it makes no sense to line up with a political party that overwhelmingly believes your sex life should be illegal.
