The great Harry Shearer of This is Spinal Tap and The Simpsons (he voices Burns, Smithers, Flanders and many more) stars in this video, in heavy makeup, as a more emotional version of Dick Cheney who sings a song in tribute to "his personal Dick Cheney" Scooter Libby.
