Lewis Black: Conservatives Come Up with Caveman Versions of YouTube and Wikipedia [VIDEO]

Posted by Adam Howard at 12:05 PM on June 29, 2007.

When conservatives perceive institutions as liberal, they make their own. The results are revealing -- and hysterical.

As Lewis Black points out, conservatives like Rupert Murdoch have a disturbing tendency to either devour and destroy what they consider liberal institutions or to create their own bastardized versions of existing ones. For instance, conservatives have created their own version of Wikipedia complete with a viciously homophobic definition of homosexual. They also have their own utlra-conservative version of YouTube. What will these bastards think of next? Check out the video to your right for more.

The GOP, McCain Fall Flat Online
So, instead of mocking them, perhaps I should be worried about their growing online activist army. Just kidding.

As if Wikipedia isn't bad enough, what with its throngs of high school kids...

...on summer vacation with nothing better to do than google a random word or concept they know of that they find particularly erudite then write a 400 word "essay" about it while claiming they hold 3 doctorate degrees.

Now we'll have the same kids doing the same thing only they'll tint everything with a fundamentalist Christian view point.

Yay?

America must learn more; but how can you when the duped mass of 'sheeple' are addicted to the 'unfair unbalanced' FOX NEWS lairs [read liars] reporting shite contrived from the memos sent them from the top of their cretinous organization... reminds me of a certain 'Dick' of politics.

Please find and view Robert Greenwald's 'outfoxed.org' and realize the lies that you've been swindled into believing.
