It's great for curing electile disfunction, but it is no cure for the underlying problem, and actually exacerbates it. But then, bumper stickers do win elections, don't they? [Report this comment] Posted by: szatmar666 on Jun 23, 2007 8:52 PM Current rating: Not yet rated [1 = poor; 5 = excellent] Not many Americans realize but the last 30 years the US has become a police state. 2.2 million incarcerated, that's 1 in every 136 US citizens. That compared with about 60,000 Japanese which has a crime rate of 25% of the US but an incarceration rate that's less than 10% of the US rate....clearly crime rate is not related to incarceration rate in the USA.
