Before Bush leaves office he will bomb Iran. There is no doubt in my mind that this will happen. If Israel wants it done the U.S. will make it happen.

Bomb Iran? Ok.. what then? That would unquestionably start a war. A war we simply do not have the man power to fight... and the economic burden would when coupled with our current record level of debt break this nation without any question whatsoever in the near future. If we go to war with Iran as well, be prepared for this nation to dissolve in the next 50 years or so... if we survive even that long.

Foreign policy in this nation has come to look more and more like an idiot who doesn't know how to play cards doubling down time after time after time losing hand after hand after hand because he simply doesn't understand that he can't even play the game to begin with.

Well, we all knew that this would be coming, though I expected an idiot like Cheney to be publically pushing this rather than a sorry old blow-hard like Lieberman. Is he (again) doing the bidding of Cheney-Bush now? Or is he just so unhappy with is non compus mentus status in the senate that he needs something for us all to remember him by? Poor Joe, if you can't get them to remember you for all your good works in helping out your "poor" insurance industry buddies, try bombing some other country - for sure they will remember you then.

Lieberman is the Senator from Israel and gets his information directly from AIPAC and the MEC (formerly a terrorist organization) now big friends of Cheney/Bush/Lieberman. MEC is very similar to the Iraqi exiles who sold Bush/Cheney on the faulty information to go to war on Iraq.
If this country attacks another country with the majoriity of its citizens under the age of 25, and who really like the American people, but not the government, then the US deserves whatever happens to it including, but not limited to , elimination.

Folks,
Do you suppose there is a connection between the TV news about Iran sending weapons to Afganistan and Iraq and otherwise supporting those who oppose the US there? Doesn't this sound like what we were fed non-stop prior to the Iraq war? Slightly different theme, same purpose?

The point is, we cannot protect and defend America's true national interests, we cannot even properly identify them, when we cannot trust the administration in charge and the media they influence.

Together, our voices can be louder and more persistent. We haven't scratched the surface of the non-violent and legal means of expression and of impact that are available to us. So get to work.

More war now means we miss the window to slow global warming.
