The Gonzales hearings have made plain for all to see that the highest law enforcement officer in the land is unwilling to tell the truth under oath. He doesn't recall, or he doesn't know, or he answers questions with questions, evading the issues. He can't remember his own name, his job title, details of meetings or decisions or strategies. And yet, he has not been fired. He continues to do damage to our country.

It's all there on TV for everyone to see, although few have the time or patience to see it. That's why we at BNF have produced a 2 minute video (with an assist from George Bush) to boil the story down to its essence.

Let's not be shy. Let's get the "I" word -- IMPEACHMENT -- out there loud and clear. Say it, SHOUT it -- it has a good patriotic feel to it. And yes, in fact, the attorney general CAN be impeached. It is legal, it is proper, it is time.

Here is your ammunition for impeachment -- a video, a petition, a whole campaign to get the House Judiciary Committee to launch this action, NOW. We and our friends and partners at Democracy for America want and need your help.

Don't just be angry, don't just be annoyed, don't yell at the ones you love. IMPEACH GONZALES.

Let's get to work! Watch the video and send it to everyone you know.

Democracy is a beautiful thing. Let's prove it!

Digg!

I also attached this message:
He should have never been confirmed in the first place. I expect better of our Attorney General and the Senate that confirms the appointments. How can someone who so cavalierly dismisses Habeas Corpus, the Geneva Conventions and other cherished laws administer justice in the United States? I also ask that his conduct be formally reported to the Bar in all states he is admitted to.

If you "weren't involved in 'this' deliberation" and "didn't make 'that' decision", just what in the hell do you actually DO ? And why are we paying you a huge salary to do nothing ?

Plus the fact, if his memory is as bad as it appears, he is clearly unfit to serve for health reasons.

Fredo needs some Aricept as he obviously is exhibiting the early stages of Altzheimer's.

would have called him a "goddam liar", but that was back in the day when people spoke their minds openly and told the truth. Frito. Not worth the beans to dip him in.

Former President Carter and 2002 Nobel Laureate commenting on President Bush and company.."The overt reversal of America's basic values as expressed by previous administrations, including (those of) George HW Bush and Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon and others, has been the most disturbing to me" and "this administration's impact on the world had made it the worst in history".

There are even more reasons to impach Mr. Gonzalez: his impeachment would get people used to the idea of impeaching, and be a perfect warmup for the impeachments of CHENEY and then BUSH!

How can this person still be in a position of power?

Gonzo should have never got there in the first place due to his horrendous advice on torture, the Geneva Conventions, and who knows what else that he gave to Bush.

But why is he still there? How does it happen that a man that has been caught in lie after lie by his own words and subordinates who are in a position to know has not been removed from office? This is an outrage, just one of many we've come to expect from this crew, but a particularly painful outrage and international embarassment. When the US proclaims itself as a champion of justice with someone like Gonzo at the helm of the Justice Department, our friends shake their heads in disbelief and our enemies laugh in our face.

"I recall making the decison, but I don't recall when, or where I was at the time."

"I don't know anything about the process by means of which the conclusion to fire the prosecutors was reached, but the conclusion was correct."

"McNulty had nothing to do with it." "How do you know that?" "I don't know it, but he had nothing to do with it."

"It's all McNulty's doing."

(Unless he resigns first.) Convicted of "High crimes and misdemeanors?" 67votes? Tough one. I'm not at all confident.

NO ONE GOES TO JAIL in the BUSH REGIME

Even if they get a guilty verdict the Xmas eve pardon is awaiting all bushies men! as poppy as son!
Those who pardons would be too outrageous a fake death is set up with a picture & closed casket with songs of farewell and the case is closed!
There is an island or a mountain retreat somewhere where all criminals of wealth go before the shit hits the fan or after it hits & they are about to go to prison, that is if they are of the KINGS HIGH COURT!
the others go to prison but it is more like a nice country club where they can still operate their dirty business from within the walls of their dorm.
They play Tennis & chess and laugh at the Constitution that they have managed to unravel in only 6 years.
They meaning the opposition party against the people who believe in the Constitution and who have read it, already know the outcome of the WAR on TERROR which is a frame of mind ... you can't kill it.. you can't stop it.. for it is not a THING THAT CAN BE KILLED.... it only fires up those we or the bushies kill to keep it going on & on.

Think about this, THEY say Democrats start all the wars & Gopers end them... SO NOT TRUE, the CIA start all the wars behind the blinding facts of the trusting democrats who should have their asses kicked for even trusting one single goper for they march in lockstep and will never cross their party!

Starting off this Election so early gives the GOP time enough to clear themself of the homosexual gropers of the last congress in the GOP. It gives them time to separate themself from BUSH ... Who has said he is leaving a new president to fix the mess he made in the Middle East. So what ever he does to the poor & weak in Iraq or Iran and all the other places... doesn't matter for a Democrat will win in 2008 so they can clean it all up.
Once that has been done VOTE FRAUD will come back and the GOP will be back into office and yes we will be back into a war again..

I am not sure if we will have a dirty bomb attack in 2008 in Sept or 2007 ... But, something big will happen when the Dems are in charge to prove a point ..

That the Democratic Party can't protect the people and we let the terrorists come into the country.

Bush has already done that by not securing our ports.

Soon we will see Americans climbing over the fences to get out ... Will the Mexican Government allow us to get in?
We will be rafting to Cuba .. will they turn us away?

When America turns into the Dictatorship before a real true government is formed after Bush has destroyed all our hopes & dreams of a future for our children .. will the doors to other countries be open to us as refugees?

Or will we be treated like the Bushies treat others trying to come to America.

Considering Bush is related to the Queen of England I was thinking perhaps he is bringing America back home to his Queen............So he could be KING GEORGE OF the Americas.. how could one idiot claim an entire world? how could we all be so slow to not stop him... ?

THE LONGER WE WAIT TO INDICT THESE CRIMINALS, THE MORE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO SUFFER AND DIE. THE BUSHES SHOULD BE TARRED AND FEATHERED AND RODE OUT OF TOWN ON A RAIL. REALISTICLY, THEY SHOULD SPEND LIFE IN PRISON. IF COURSE, THEY BOUGHT THAT LAND IN PARAGUAY LAST YEAR AND NO DOUBT WILL MAKE THEIR EXIT WHEN THE HEAT STARTS TO BUILD.
