Cleverer than it is funny, Mad TV runs the Iraq War through the Apple/Steve Jobs wringer, creating a satire that makes you shake your head at the fact that broadcast TV's most clear-headed satire is on the Fox Network...

Digg!

Funny.. only slightly. But humor this political probably shouldn't be too funny.

I will say, however, that the story it tells is getting pretty old. Mostly, I believe, because it is so obvious, so unquestionable.. yet is so wholeheartedly ignored by so much of our media and government to this day. Those who fought hardest in the most partisan and biased ways to get this war going and to question the patriotism, intelligence, and loyalty of all who dared oppose no matter what their qualifications or experience now want to adopt a bastardized form of what they may call "objectivity", though it is nothing of the kind. It is simply and purely ignoring what is obvious because it conflicts with what one's superiors want the corporate or party line to be.

Once again, Mad TV fails to be funny. Close, but still significantly far away from actually being funny.

A comedy show that isn't funny. Nothing could be more pathetic. Why is this show still on the air?
