Robert "Outfoxed" Greenwald (a board member of AlterNet parent org, IMI) has produced this trailer in advance of a March 19 unveiling of an Iraq Veterans Memorial. March 19 is, of course, the fourth anniversary of the war's launch.

Here's what you can do:

1. 60 second videos. If you knew a US soldier killed in Iraq, please send your video testimonial or forward this to someone who did, and encourage them to participate. Go HERE for details on how to send material.

2. Join this blog in committing to host the memorial on your own blog, website, or MySpace or Facebook page on March 19th. This will be the big unveiling, and the more widely the memorial is re-posted online, the greater its impact will be. Click HERE to sign up.

What about a memorial for all the Iraqi civillians killed by ideologically motivated soldiers during a bellicose invasion thinly veiled as an opperation of liberation? But, I guess those people aren't "heroes" like the Americans.
