Virginia was fixed for Allen courtesy of Rove, and every other result is "kinda nice" for Dems as far as the House, but obviously, orget the Senate - I'm sure that was fixed, and that's the "surprise" by Rove and what had been making Bush smile all the way back to sleep. They wouldn't allow that to happen.

Democrats are partying in DC - how fucking naive. Nothing's going to change anyway: why would Bush listen to a Democratic House if he doesn't care WHAT the congress or the country says or wants???

Investigate Downing St Memos, for starters. Repeal the Military Commissions Act. Then on to other things . . . eventually they may have no option but to impeach. But I'm not holding my breath.

Without both houses and a very unified party, the Dems. have gained nothing. These two coming years will sully the Dem. House members while the GOP makes trouble, the Pres. ignores the House, and the war and any fabricated problems redound upon the Dems. Winning the House alone is a disaster.
