Evangelical, and former Bush insider, David Kuo told 60 Minutes on Sunday (video right): "You name the important Christian leader, and I have heard them mocked."
Bush promised that he'd be the "leading lobbyist" for the poor, according to Kuo, "what better lobbyist could anybody get?" You know the rest: it didn't happen. In the clip, Kuo also criticizes the masses for swallowing the partisan Jesus.
