They are both wholly irrelevant.

that MTV invited Al Gore. It indicates an interest in politics and in the future of the world. MTV was behaving with responsability and intellegence , I wish everyone would.

Thanks for the clip AlterNet, you help keep dinosaurs like me informed.

This is the man we need running our country. He's intelligent and will provide the leadership this country so desperately needs right now! If you've kept up with the science behind global warming, you know that we need to act NOW to save our planet. We need Gore to lead the way. He's our man!

What's Gore doing on MTV?

I have no doubt that Gore has illuminated all of us to the effects of Global Warming. This is a good thing, a very good thing! However, I am very confused about his presence on MTV. Wasn't it his wife who pushed the Parental Advisory stickers on the music industry? This, to me, is a strange mix!

Anyone have any other comments in this regard?

Al Gore is the best person that we could have to lead our country. He was VP during the most prosperous 8 years in recent hisotry and learned from one of the most accomplished presidents of our time.
He has the intelligence and temperment to lead and the rest of the world respects him. He would do a lot to restore the prestiege that we have lost within the international community.
