Finally, a little help from Republicans on the climate bill. GOP Senator Lindsey Graham said yesterday, "We will be working closely with the White House over the course of the next weeks with a few to try to pull together what ultimately could be presented to Sen. Reid and the leadership as a piece of legislation that we hope could get the 60 votes necessary to pass or more, and we would hope it would be more."

It seems not everyone want to be a member of the Party of No Show. Watch the rest.

What Sarah Palin's "Jewish people will be flocking to Israel" prediction really means

Hmmm ... Why Do So Many Wingnuts Have Such an Obsessive Fear of Being Raped?
It's all they can talk about in the right-wing media.

Lindsey Graham makes South Carolina look a lot better than it has for a long time. Lets just hope that he can take any and all heat from his party for actually wanting to do the job he was hired by the people to do. Hoping too that he is really as sincere as he sounds.

About time for reason over dogma to step forward

It is about time. This is the era where we will see which Republicans will step forward to represent the people who elected them over their party's current "do nothing" policies.

With the likes of Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh doing all the right wing talking, we need a few honest politicians who will look at facts instead of following Michael Steele into the abyss for the sake of political opposition for opposition's sake.

The alternative to stepping forward to help, not hinder, is to watch the GOP slide into oblivion as the party of radical screaming heads with nothing left to contribute to progress. Today's loud mouths want nothing less than to slide back in time.

I was once a Republican...then they became so obstructionist I could not take it any longer and switched. They offer nothing for anyone who is willing and able to think for themselves.

We already know how to create the infastructure to remove oil from the energy mix.

We don't need a "carbon vision"; we just need to deploy existing technologies.
