Liberty Sunday, yesterday's conservative Christian gay-bashing rally, is barely 12 hours old and although no transcript or video is yet available, there's already a wee problem.

According to Rightwingwatch, the actual church used in the L.S. banner to promote "religious freedom" opposes the message of L.S.

Rev. Stephen R. Ayres of Old North Church in Boston calls out the Family Research Council for using an iconic image of two lanterns in its church steeple – made famous by "Paul Revere’s Ride"...
...
Rev. Ayres notes that the church, a "symbol of freedom for all Americans," is not partisan and does not support the premise of "Liberty Sunday" – i.e., that the "homosexual agenda" is putting "religious freedom on a course of extinction."

Want to know what the gay agenda is? It's to be treated as human beings, as is guaranteed by our Bill of Rights; it's that simple.

By any standard, homosexuality is

a greivious sin. Nothing that any one does can change that. It is a deviant, un-natural lifstyle that has never been a benifit to any nation but instead leads to the demise of countries where the practice has been normalized. Sex outside marriage has been normalized and has brought us to this place. If homosexuality is normalized, what's next?

Homosexual activists & supporters may call me all the names you want, get recognition & a pretend you are legitimate. But the Creator God of Abraham & Moses will never recognize this lifstyle & sexual practices as any thing more than an abomintation. The same is true for adultry & fornication, hetro or homo. That is just the way it is. His design never included plural marriage or same sex unions. These came about after the fall into sin in the Garden of Eden and were dealt with in Levitical Law. Then it was stoning. Christ replaces that law with grace & mercy conditional on repentance & following NT guidlines.

The Bible does not call for physical violance against homosexual or other deviant sexual sinners but does call them to repent. The Old Testiment's punishment of stoning was done away with when Jesus told the woman brought before Him who was caught in adultry "Neither do I condem you, GO AND SIN NO MORE!" He would have done the same for a homosexual. He told those who accused her "He that is without sin may cast the first stone." That does not give homosexuals, adulterers or fornicaters a free pass. It does give them the opportunity to repent & be forgiven the same as it does all mankind, as all have sinned & come short of the glory of God. Romans is very clear that homosexuality is not acceptable in New Testiment teaching as a legitimate lifestyle. Same for all sex outside marriage of one man one woman.

For What Would Jesus Say (about homosexuality) go to newswithviews.com. There look for Marsha West's "Would the Son of God Contridict the Father?"

You can call this hate speech. But it is not. If it were I would be calling for something other than saying homosexuals need to repent & be forgiven. There is grace & mercy available. I know sexual sin is very powerful in humans. I struggle with my own temptations but Father God helps me via prayer, Bible reading & just saying NO when I am tempted. Jesus loves you. He will forgive & help any one in any sin. But we must ask Him for His help. You must exercise your own free will to opt out of Satan's domain, the same way Adam & Eve did when they opted in.

I know many will decry what I post, but, facts are facts & truth is truth. God help us all.

Jesus was a pervert...

... by the classic definition. What the majority of a society does is "normal". According to EVERYONE, it seems, who call themselves Christians, Jesus was asexual. Asexuality is FAR from being normal, so homosexual or not, Jesus was a long-haired radical pervert.

Chew on that one for a while.

Then think about, "Judge not..."

...it's also a part of the Mosaic law that you should have paddle. When you need to defecate, you have to take it, walk a prescribed distance from town, dig a hole, do your thing, then cover it up and, making sure your paddle is clean, walk back. So if you follow ALL of "God's commands" in the bible, I'll bet you've garnered an audience for this one. And there is no provision made for modern sanitation. It doesn't say that if someone comes up with a better way to use that. It says DO THIS, PERIOD.
