Everyone's Talking About Stupak, But What About the Health Care Bill's More Insidious Features?
The current bill involves some quietly coercive (and racist) provisions that no one wants to mention.

Is Taxing Plastic Surgery Sexist?

GA. Lawmaker Calls for Caning and Execution of Marijuana Offenders

I am opposed to the legalization of marijuana. I think we should go to caning for people caught using and maybe execute dealers. That would solve the problem as well. That is what they do in Singapore and they don’t have a drug problem, but then they have less liberty than we do here.

What do these comments (re: caning people for marijuana use, and the rigidity of Singapore) have to do with the siege on women here in the U.S.? (e.g., a woman's right to choose whether or not to have a child) Why is choice even an issue? People need to start minding their own business and remember that the pursuit of happiness was of utmost importance to our founding fathers (and mothers).

The aging out of abortion providers? Holy crap!

The illegal harassment of clinics and providers? Holy double crap!

The unseen ubiquity of safe and legal abortions? Holy triple crap!

'Merkaaners can't see beyond their own stunted, emotionally vapid immaturity, their Imperial Consciousness and their fundamentalist religiousity. The cost is and will be destruction for women's health and for the lives of all human beings. Every time I hear some idiot spewing off with stunted filch against abortion, including Obamatron (which is REALLY offensive to me since he campaigned and eared votes by saying he supported the right to choose then flipflopped and is now saying limited highly restrictive misogynistic abortion is what he wants--no irony there, huh what he wants...) I just feel like I'm gonna go postal.

Good clip. something everyone should really hear. A transcript woulda been good too.

men trying to make a decision about something they know nothing about. These are the same controlling male idiots who will make sure they have 5 or 6 products that will make there Johnson harder and bigger. They sure can't seem to come up with good male birth control. They don't care cause they can't get pregnant. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VIGINA, YOU DON'T HAVE A DOG IN THIS HUNT. They have problems conrolling there own peckers and they still feel the need to control everyone else.
