I can't say it's a Grand Liberal Conspiracy, but there is something extremely odd about the way liberals focus so much on global climate change when global climate change is actually a fossil fuel problem.

They don't seem to understand that the peaking of fossil fuel production will occur long before climate change becomes a big enough issue to affect political change. Because typical liberal establishment types are so blind to the tsunami that is peak oil, and are only focused on the tiny little mud puddle that is climate change, they just look so incredibly stupid. As the energy crisis (the "long emergency") deepens, these people will look increasingly stupid, and their political influence will continue to diminish.

This is the Deception being played upon those with weak moral intellect.
As the centuries have passed we have move farther way from our duty as the Stewards of this 'Eden'. In the Ancient jewish Religion there were strict Religious ideals about how the children were had. Between sons was 5 yrs, after a daughter a 3 yr wait. Even then they knew that unfettered reproduction would be disasterous to th efamily and the community.
As for Global Warming and it's effects not only on man,but all that sustains us, I must wonder who these zealots are truely serving.
what entity would disregard human life and suffering such irresponsiblity would cause. what entity would have such disregard for this gift which supports all other creations? What entity would encourage and deceive humankind away from it's innate duty as the ONLY Stewards? We are the only ones with the intellect and physical ability to manage the world, if we were not to use them, we would have never been given them.
Perhaps this is a test -Can we and Will we use these innate gifts to assure the future - or will we deny them and foresake them due to ignorance, arrogance or outright refusal to perform our Duty as the Only True Stewards.

Funny that the right-wing is SO adamant about climate-change being only a leftwing-promoted "farce".
Don't the right-wingers know that climate change will likely lead to the deaths of many many UNBORN BABIES, just like it will lead to the deaths of all types of people who HAVE been born.
Don't they know that climate change will cause social upheaval that could probably threaten (gasp!) CHRISTIANITY! (Or as I call it, Christ-INanity! Har Har.)
Don't they know that climate change will harm the economy, leading possibly to HIGHER TAXES! (Oh, God, ANYTHING but those!)

Right-wingers aren't known for acting intelligently, even when what they themselves consider to be sacred is at stake.
If wars, drought, mass death, more numerous and more damaging natural disasters, and all the rest that comes with climate change are what they actually want, then I think they should be held accountable for the influence they have over our government's inaction on the issue. And keep in mind that they will probably blame liberals for the harm climate change ends up doing, even though climate-change was the RIGHT-WINGERS' fault all along.

Seldom do the knowers know, so it seems. The trick is penetrating the controlled media dis-information snowscreen. As we spin 'til we're dizzy, the rulers, bankers, mega-rich mystery men welcome the collapse. As to the continuing warming-is-fraud fraud, follow the money and you'll find the greatest propaganda effort EVER. Naturally, only big money can orchestrate big moves; truth is easily crushed. Peak oil AND warming are both real and impending and each is sufficient reason to reverse course. Like a skydiver who ignores the ground, success is quite temporary. Only the cautious, and perhaps the truly ascended, are (unevenly) rewarded.
even time and space will collapse, but I've yet to reap the benefit of such "knowledge"...
