The "war on terror" is a fraud.

"Al Qaeda" is a code name for a western intelligence operation according to Turkish intelligence.

There is "no hard evidence linking Osama bin Laden to 9/11" according to our own FBI.

The FBI has never investigated the crimes of 9/11/01 and they have never even proved that there were any "hijackers" on the planes.

The events of 9/11/01 remain uninvestigated and this is a travesty to all those who lost loved ones on that day, the 40,000+ people suffering from the dust of the demolished WTC complex in NYC, and all those killed and maimed in the fraudulent war on terror in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere.

Another point of significance for the suggested date of the trial, obviously: It is just days after September 11th.

These people in the Bush administration have always been using the September 11th attacks for political reasons to a SICKENING degree! And they continue still to do so.

And, by the way, anyone who still believes that these "terrorists" are actually guilty and will get a fair trial, well, you are so idiotic and out of touch that you probably don't even know how to drool. Go watch Fox, and don't wet yourselves, jackasses!

Just like his business dealings, when Adolf Bush can't get his way legally On-Shore, he moves it Off-Shore. What International Laws say about this is irrelevant to Adolf Bush, since the international community only wants to hug terrorists and we're at war with Islamofascists. 9/11 is Adolf Bush's cornerstone crime against humanity and anyone alive who might remotely reveal CIA/GID/MOSSAD/ISI involvement must be "handled" accordingly. What witnesses there may have been among the Rendered Al CIAda that weren't killed resisting Torture in undisclosed locations through undisclosed means, we can now put to death Saddam Hussein style hiding behind National Security, with the DoD serving as Judge, Jury and Executioner, Off-Shore naturally.

Among the War Crimes Indictments we can expect against these monsters is this Dog&Pony military tribunal system which was set up solely to drown the peripheral witnesses/participants who were close to the operation. You can bet none of the Guantanamo prisoners were among the "in" crowd of schemers, but they probably were close to those who were, therefore they may have tidbits of information that might help along an international case against the Adolf Bush administration regarding Al CIAda and 9/11.

You don't spend hundreds of billions of dollars pursuing genuinely guilty criminals without a single conviction over 7 years, unless your motive was merely to spend hundreds of billions of dollars in the first place.You don't shield evidence of guilt from the light of justice unless your evidence points some other way. You don't stonewall objective legal inquiry and the Red Cross unless you have criminal activity to conceal.

Sorry folks, but those of you who can see the perpetual injustice of the Adolf Bush administration, and can't imagine them also pulling off 9/11 with the help of over-bloated intelligence budgets and multinational profiteers are just plain missing the real boat and how far a rich white man's conspiracy will go when there's Trillions in Profit at stake.

I suspect that the Pentagon's actions are being hastened in order to quickly try and then execute these top level, "sexy" terrorists - - if that's what they really are, but we will never really know if the Pentagon has its way - - to get them out of the way and the cases buried (classified for national security reasons, of course) so that the Pentagon's own failures and involvement in illegal and crooked deals are covered up. Let's face it, it's the characteristic military way of proceeding, now more than ever before.
The Pentagon is going to have to undergo a broad and deep reform after January, 2009 if our civilian and military top brass are to be cleansed and the military returned to a fighting force rather than a military/politcal arm of the Republican neocon movement.

As anyone who understands the law of homicide knows, the prosecutor has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the victim(s) died as a direct result of the accused's actions.
Assuming these defendants somehow were in cahoots with the hijackers to crash into both towers, the prosecutor _still_ has to prove BRD that the planes caused the fires and heat that caused the buildings to collapse.
That requires _expert_ testimony. That, I would love to hear. Once and for all this "insider demolition" theory can be put to rest or it won't.
Either the jet fuel fire and its heat _caused_ the Towers to collapse or it didn't. Either some _third party_ stealthily demolished the buildings or they didn't.
If the latter, these guys are being framed for the homicide of 3000 people.
For some reason, two films come to mind, "The Three Days of the Condor" and "The Long Kiss Goodnight."
In these post-Orwellian days of the "National Security State," it's hard to trust our overseers...
