Romney: Dem victory would ‘mean attacks on America.’

Bipartisan Concern About the Dangers of McPalin’s Hate-Mongering

According to Mitt 's bailout speech yesterday, a vote for Hillary or Barack is surrendering to the terrorists. Message to Mitt: STFU and get the hell out of my country, you whiney, scared little man. You failed to mention that George Bush's GOP is the greatest terrorist enabling organization in the history of the planet. BTW, where's OSAMA?

This is short. I am not usually a profane man in my public writing, and think that I keep my political emotions fairly well in check. Not today.

I am goddamned outraged. And you should be, too.

In suspending his presidential campaign today, Mitt Romney said:

"If I fight on in my campaign, all the way to the convention, I would forestall the launch of a national campaign and make it more likely that Senator Clinton or Obama would win. And in this time of war, I simply cannot let my campaign, be a part of aiding a surrender to terror," Romney told the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington.

Mother of Gawd. What he's saying that if he continued campaigning, and got in the way of a McCain juggernaut, he'd feel partly responsible for electing either Clinton or Obama in November. And (by implication), if Clinton or Obama wins, then the U.S. has surrendered to the terrorists.

I'm not making this up. Go read it.

Who in the FUCK does Mitt Romney think he is that he can implicate either Sens. Clinton or Obama as terrorism enablers? Or if I support the Dems, that I AM, BY IMPLICATION, A TERRORIST SUPPORTER? What level of hubris is he exhibiting by saying that if the Democratic Party nominee wins in November, the people of the United States have "surrendered to the terrorists"?

Jeebus, I can't believe this. I am goddamned outraged. And you should be, too.

Message to Mitt and his fellow Republican fascists:

I AM A VIETNAM ERA VET, UNLIKE MULTIPLE DEFERMENT MITT. I AM AN AMERICAN. I DON'T SUPPORT EMOTIONAL TERRORISTS LIKE YOU, MITT. AND I AM A DEMOCRAT.

Fuck you Mitt, just fuck you and your fellow brownshirts.

Digg!

Repub-LIE-cans have a way of name-calling when it comes to dealing with us on the Left. I have heard people like me called even worse than terrorists by those on the Right. But, as I tell myself, it is conservatives who have trashed America and the entire world. It is they who are responsible for almost every single problem on the planet. This is their purpose.
I am no terrorist. But Republicans in general are.
Look at some of the names Republicans call Liberals: Traitors. Morons. Child-Molesters. Big Brother. Hypocrites. Law-Breakers. Etc.
They are talking about THEMSELVES, aren't they!?

why isn't this slur on the Democrats being answered right away by Clinton and Obama? Even with this diabolical asshole gone, this stuff has to be answered.

It's too bad that Republicans still have to make up their mind b/w a preacher and a war hero, and where and how to pin their delusion of victory after GW. As far as profanity goes, anything the three stooges suggest is mild compared to enduring another 10 months of smirk, not to mention Iranian wagging the dog.

Would any of us expect anything less from Mitt? He has learnt well, but then if you can take an illiterate and teach him to talk, then there is true hope and faith for the handlers of another photo op, another photo con.

Next candidate makeup, please. Let's show the soft, zigzaggy side of the straight talker and the whiny, backstabbing side of the preacher man. Time for more tax cutting, warmongering, DC bashing, used car sales leadership. These folks really believe we are giving them another dubious Dubya term.

Calling Doctor Dean!

Why is the Democratic Party Chair NOT responding to this nonsense? It is HIS role to speak for the minions he presumes to represent on these issues.

If Dean were doing his job, instead of being the stalking horse for Clinton (who voted for the war and thereby compromised the Party role of leadership on this issue), he would have immediately taken the mitt by scruff of the neck and scored for rationale thought--and the Democratic Party as a whole.

Calling Dr.Dean: Your meds are ready.

Yes, we can get some good emotional mileage out of the word "fuck," and our outrage may become more manageable, but Mittens is right: We are at war; a cultural war against the likes of him— a sick-fuck bunch of asshats, twisted up, hate-spewing MOFOs who have lost sight of all that was holy, clean, and good about the United States, by binding their hatred to their own souls. So lash out liberally my friends, you're in a war that must be fought on every cultural front and in every American heart that can still feel hope and desires positive global change.

I must lash out here: http://www.urantiansojourn.com/wordpress

I hope you'll join me, join others, and fight to take our country back from these mutant fucktards, and remember everyday: it's time to stand up to the repulsive freak show that is the neocon right wingnut "conservative" catastrophe. Lash out Liberally!

The concept that people like us are on the terorrist side and we are not patriotic is tiresome,I agree. We will not change people like Rommey or his kind.
Please do not waste your energy on them. The message needs to be that they are not creditible, they are liars and constitutionally retarded. Now that many more people are comming around to the truths many of us have been saying for years, lets assist these people in being the social misfits they are. Your anger and disgust, while understandable, almost belies a type of fear. Fear not -- stick a fork in their ass --THEY ARE DONE

MORONIC MITT

Only a crushing defeat of these cowardly, holier-than-thou conservatives will begin to set the record straight again. How easily they opt to put other people's asses in jeopardy to serve their own selfish interests, certainly not the public's. None of these candidates has even suggested what would constitute "winning," or how that "win" would make us safer. To listen to McCaine we would "bomb, bomb Iran," or stay in Iraq a hundred years if it be the case. Meanwhile, ass-kissing chameleon, Joe Lieberman hovers, hoping to make some sick gain, more likely than not an Iran strike. (How better to serve Israel?) Can you imagine doing more to foster terrorism than what these candidates propose? They are essentially corporate war-mongers, using American lives as leverage. I'll wager that if they were all waterboarded they would emerge staunch democrats!

I'm not sure I've encountered a politician so shameless as Mitt Romney, who will say anything anywhere at anytime so long as it gets him votes. He's perfect for boot-licking middle management in some obscure company, but I wouldn't want to imagine him as President of the United States.

I agree with you about Mitt, F*** him and the white horse he rode in on. Did you see Jon Stewart say the same thing on the Daily Show? I am hoping repugs are the only ones that have to resort to tactics of fear and hate to win votes.

No matter who gets the dem nomination, being weak or soft on terrorism will obviously be one of the repugs lame-ass tactics to win votes in the general, among other lies and nonsense. Mitt only fired the first shot as a way to excuse himself (no excuse for him). As long as it spreads fear and/or hate it will serve their combined purpose.

I am greatly dismayed, even disgusted, sickened, with the hateful rhetoric on Alternet discussions written by individuals CLAIMING to be Clinton's supporters, ESPECIALLY as the momentum of Obama's popularity grows rocking Hillary's world.

I am beginning to believe these hateful, ridiculous and very often racist comments are being left, not by my fellow dems or progressives, but by rabid repug-thugs attempting to stir up discontent, fear and hate no matter WHO the dem nominee is. I think they are warming up for the general.

The demented viciousness of these attacks against Barack are SO low, SO reprehensible, SO RIDICULOUS, SO REPUGNANT, these individuals can not possibly think of themselves as progressives or even intelligent.

Either way, ANYONE that has to resort to hate and fear mongering to win an election or anything else is quite obviously pathetic, demented and very desperate.

OBAMA '08
