Because we love some Larry Flynt here-
"While porn mogul Larry Flynt says he's still about to blow the lid off a couple of more sex scandals involving Republicans, he's lining up behind his horse in the Democratic field," the Examiner reports.
"Flynt was one of the co-hosts of a fundraiser for liberal candidate Dennis Kucinich at the headquarters of his company, Hustler-LFP, in Los Angeles."

Said Flynt: "I support Dennis Kucinich because not only have I been a friend of his for 40 years, but I believe he offers an essential, viable and exciting option to the candidates that are more popular at the moment."
All fine and dandy there Lar, but where's our scandal? We're waiting!!

Larry Flint endorsing Rep. Kucinich? Boy there's an endorsement I imagine every candidate wishes they had! Something they could point to with pride, I'm sure. If Flynt wanted to help out DK, the best thing he could do would be to keep his mouth shut.

perhaps? Sure it would generate some sales and one surely could not put it past an Essex girl! Or maybe a special issue related to Presidential candidates wives? If Larry really wanted to support a candidate seriously he would be better off doing it sub-rosa. You reckon Shirley MacLain and other supporters want him on the bandwagon??

Kucinich has the positions on issues that are mirrored on this site, and he is the best candidate the Dems have on every issue of importance. The man is electable if you vote for him, he is for Universal helath Care, out of Iraq immediately and introduced articles of impeachment against Cheney on the House floor. The last time I looked, these are OUR issues too.
With th dollar south of Canada's i think we have to realize we need to support this country, not contractors in Iraq or the wealthy 1%

When will we and our candidates put the end to female sexual exploitation at the top of our political priorities? Apparently Dennis does not if they have been friends for decades

How dull would U.S. politics be without Larry Flynt?

Great endorsement really. I'm a 60 year old married woman and while I don't need his magazines I appreciate what he has done to expose the hypocrisies of Republicans. I'm sending a little something to Dennis as a gesture of goodwill. His name btw is carved into the wall in my house along with all the others brave enough to say no to the war from the beginning. And yes, I was there when the buildings went down unlike the so called leaders of our country and I still know a lie when I hear one.

He may not win but supporting him as far as it can go is the only moral thing to do. Democrats still care and are tired of being bullied by corporate and religious fascists. This is the only way to show it.

off of porn seems not to screw up his political morals. Whatever any of us may think of Larry Flynt he would have been better than George Bush. He is absolutely right to endorse Dennis. Now, if we would just all vote for Dennis, we could blame congress for all of the screw ups.
