So, it's kind of a bloggy tradition that Fridays are for silly videos and cat, dog and, yes, ferret blogging. But here's the deal: I don't have a blog of my own. Evan's off for the day and he gave me the keys to Peek, so I'm gonna post some silly video even though it's only Tuesday. Sue me.

First up, something for fans of Zeppelin, kitties and Vikings!

Next, via Driftglass, we have a particularly excruciating William Shatner clip. How you can not love a man who's this cheesy is way beyond me.

Lastly, here's a skydiver falling 5,000 feet and surviving. I like how his mate asks, "Dude, are you OK?"

Oh, and here's Mr. Red McDogg, my faithful friend. Behold the ferocity of his cuteness!

I was promised ferret blogging...waaaaah!

Liked the skydiving thing. And what else are you gonna say to a mate who's plummeted from a great height? "Are you dead?" Tres tactless, I think.

I'll see your Shatner, and raise you Common People (a cover of the Pulp song), a true genre classic. This clip's live, with Joe Jackson providing extra goodness. No-one could possibly fail to love this.

Red is tres cute, but why does he have that wary look on his face? What were you about to do to him? Or does he just not like having his picture taken?

Lacking sound capabilities, I am unable to appreciate the skydiver story or Shatner. (And I don't normally appreciate Shatner being cheesy so I guess it's okay...)

But...Mr. Red McDogg? Adorable! Hug him and give him a treat from me.

Ferret sex next week, okay? Or not....

Fun clips. I wonder how the cat managed to keep the head gear on for so long. Also the Shatner clip. I enjoyed it. His attitude hasn't changed, just his looks. (a little.)
I loved the presence of mind of the skydiver: waving goodbye to the camera.

Red is very expressive.
