I'm not certain Bush qualifies

Current rating: Not yet rated    [1 = poor; 5 = excellent]
for a "criminal mind" designation--he hasn't got the brain-muscle required for that kind of heavy thinking.

Criminal sock-puppet on the other hand seems about right.
