Two testify that Hastert knew about Foley

Both House clerk Jeff Trandahl, who oversaw the page program and House Majority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, testified to the House Ethics Committee that Hastert, or high ranking aides, knew about suspicious emails, that had "predator written all over them," months ago.

Boehner originally told The Washington Post that he spoke with Hastert earlier this year about Foley's e-mails to the Louisiana boy. He later said he was not sure he had told Hastert, and still later said he was fairly certain he had told the speaker.

But wait, nobody cares about Foley, right? It's all about Iraq and terrorism. Well, October is on pace to be the deadliest month in two years and Bush has even begun to compare it to the situation in Vietnam... Could it be about the environment? Healthcare?

Better put in a call to Diebold.

Seems as if georgie hahibush or rove are not a bit concerned about the upcoming election. I'd be interested in the exit polls just minutes before the election ends...then compare the results against what the voting machines say! These fucking crooks it would seem have already got the election fixed (AGAIN). Another upcoming issue, is the bushit administration setting us up with Iran? Just why are there ships on the way to the Straits of Hormutz? Rumor has it that they (the bushies) want to get one of them sunk by Iran (or by the administrations hand) so we can attack them. I would'nt put anything past these criminal bastards. For those of you old enough to remember the "atomic drills" back in the fifties...essentially...bend over place head between legs and kiss your ass goodbye! What I want to know is what will be done should this fear come to pass? The corporate news is awash with stories predicting a Democratic rout in a few weeks, and I hope it comes to be, but being wrong has never stopped media hacks before. They simply change their tune and keep plugging along selling what ever they've been told to sell. These are the people that create the first impression of the election results and unfortunately it often sticks. So, what counter preparations have been made so far to dispel the expected media narratives should the election not turn over control of Congress? He had seen it in the past, “they are finished, just like this and just like that.” He had ample historical references.
