Jane Fonda and Gloria Steinem are cute as buttons as they graciously take direction from Stephen Colbert on baking that most American of desserts: Apple Pie.

The three talk about what sets their new project Greenstone Media apart from Rush Limbaugh and how to disinguish feminists from Ann Coulter, as they try, unsuccessfully, to escape the mandate on Stephen's apron...

Sent by my sister. A feminist.

another fakeleftist cozying up to the agents of the upper class

Steinem was first funded and bootstrapped by the FBI. A memo in 1969 from the FBI office in San Francisco suggested that the Women's Liberation Movement be used as a wedge against the Left.

The nonprofit sector was used by the agents of the overclass decades ago to divert the left. Richard Bissell, honcho for both the CIA and the Ford Foundation, said that the goal was not to debate the Left on its ideas, but to divert them to less harmful pursuits.

Voila--Identity Politics, race and gender politics.

That said, I not support any boss's or coworker's right to sexually harass women in the workplace.

But race and gender politics has gone too far and is used by the overclass to divide the workers.

Steinem doesn't submit. While Fonda happily takes instruction from Colbert, Steinem refuses, over and over, to be dictated to or to be made the butt of a joke.

Also, apparently as part of a backstage deal struck to get the feminists to participate in women's work on national tv, Colbert later appears onstage wearing a pair of red heels commenting, "It's all part of the settlement."

If Fonda's first kiss was scripted, Colbert is a better actor than I thought. This was terifically funny and Gloria and Jane reached a great demographic for their new radio network.

Satire at its' best !!!
